Security Solutions
Residential Assessments
A thorough evaluation of your owned or leased property to identify vulnerabilities, threats, consequences and overall assess risks. Any existing security measures in place, e.g. security cameras, alarm systems, and any security concerns you may have, are then incorporated into the evaluation and recommendations and solutions are made to mitigate and/or improve overall security.
Basic Service Tier
Just the facts—essential security assessment with key recommendations and photos highlighting areas for improvement.
- Perfect for clients who want a quick evaluation of their home security and to make the best out of existing security measures.
Standard Service Tier
A more comprehensive assessment than the Basic service tier, featuring detailed findings, actionable recommendations for improving existing security measures, and a basic risk assessment that includes:
- Recent area crime trends and statistical analysis
- Basic emergency preparedness recommendations
- Site diagram
- Site photos
Premium Service Tier
The Premium service tier provides an advanced security assessment with a comprehensive risk profile analysis, offering both current and long-term security recommendations with prioritized action steps. This tier includes everything in the Standard tier, plus:
- Detailed site photos
- Detailed site diagram
- Crime prevention through environmental design analysis (CPTED)
- Emergency response planning and coordination guidance
- Evaluation of habits, routines, and patterns
Elite Service
The Elite service tier offers a comprehensive 360-degree security package, encompassing both current and future strategies with comprehensive reporting and in-depth analysis, covering every angle to protect your home now and in the future. It includes all Premium tier features, plus expanded services:
- Night assessment
- Drone aerial footage***
- Emergency plan framework development
- Advanced security mitigations

Business Assessments
Similar to residential assessments, business assessments involve a review of the property, access control systems, employee security, perimeter protection, surveillance, and emergency protocols. The higher the tier of service, the more in depth and comprehensive the information provided will be, e.g. evacuation or escape route, night assessment, landscaping, inventory control, deliveries, employee vetting process, etc.
Basic Service Tier
Straight to the point—essential security assessment with key recommendations and photos highlighting areas for improvement in your business.
- Ideal for small businesses that need a quick, affordable security assessment.
Standard Service Tier
A more in-depth assessment for businesses featuring an industry-specific threat and vulnerability analysis. This evaluation details findings, strategic risk mitigation recommendations, and guidance on potential security upgrades to enhance overall protection plus:
- Recent area crime trends and statistical analysis
- Emergency response plans and coordination advice
- Basic site diagram and office and/or building schematic
- Basic site photos
Premium Service Tier
This tier includes all Standard features plus an advanced security assessment with a comprehensive risk profile analysis, offering both current and long-term security recommendations that consider both internal and external factors, with prioritized action steps plus;
- Review and guidance on security operations and processes,
- Advanced threat scenario discussions,
- Crime prevention through environmental design analysis (CPTED),

Elite Service Tier
The Elite service tier is the ultimate business security package tailored for larger businesses, multi-location operations, or high-risk industries. It includes all Premium features, with exclusive services that provide a full-spectrum perspective including:

Seminars
A recurring seminar series called "Beyond the Obvious" designed to empower individuals and businesses with practical strategies to improve security and reduce vulnerabilities. Led by an experienced security professional with a background in criminal justice and government security, these sessions cover a wide range of relevant and actionable security topics.

Our in-person seminars will be held at the one of the libraries in St. Mary's County, MD. or another available public meeting area. Location details and registration information will be provided upon signup.
Virtual
Join our virtual classes from the comfort of your home or office! Our sessions are hosted via Google Meet, providing a convenient and secure way to access expert security insights and strategies. A meeting link will be provided upon registration.
General Security Consultations
This service provides expert insights on a variety of security topics, tailored to fit your specific needs: Personnel Security – Guidance on employee screening, background checks, and safeguarding against insider threats. Investigations – Expert advice on handling internal or external security investigations, including fraud, theft or misconduct. Adjudications – Expert guidance on evaluating and making informed decisions regarding unfavorable information.

Add-on services are available only to clients who have previously purchased a security service. Add-on services are designed to complement and enhance the initial assessment or consultation, providing further value and tailored solutions to meet your specific needs
Follow-Up Consultation
Enhance your Service tier package with an additional follow-up consultation, offering deeper insights and addressing any comprehensive questions that arise after you've had time to absorb your assessment. This session provides further guidance to build upon your security strategy beyond the Final Client Check-In.
Tier Upgrade Add-On
Build on your previous security assessment by upgrading to the Premium or Elite service tier. This add-on includes a comprehensive review of any new security needs or changes since your initial assessment, along with additional features and in-depth analysis unique to your selected upgraded tier.
Night Assessment
A thorough evaluation of your existing security measures under nighttime conditions, including a review of lighting and visibility, access point accessibility, vantage points, and mitigation strategies for increased threats and vulnerabilities. Only available for Basic, Standard and Premium Service Tiers.

Training and Exercises

Drone Images
Add up to 12 aerial site photos *** to your Service tier package. Only available for Basic, Standard and Premium Service Tiers.
Note: Any security services requested for Cybersecurity or Information Security may have to be subcontracted. **Customers are responsible for scheduling follow-up consultations included in the Service Tier package within 6-12 months of the initial assessment's completion. ***Drone locations and availability subject to FAA B4UFLY guidelines and restrictions.
